Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £750 is required to secure your booking at The Reid Rooms, with the balance payment due twelve weeks before the event date. VAT is included in all of the following prices.
Don’t forget you’ll need a registrar if you’re holding a legal wedding ceremony and the registrar must be booked and paid for separately. These prices do not include registrar’s fees.

Marks Hall Farm House Prices
Marks Hall is available to hire either as a whole house or on a room by room basis. If you are booking the whole house, with full occupancy in every room, then a discounted rate is offered. Any room booked for single occupancy available at £105. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please also note the following:
- Guests will have full use of the lounge and dining rooms and tea and coffee making facilities are available 24/7 in the kitchen.
- A delicious breakfast is included in the room price and will be served at 9am.
- Special dietary requirements can be catered for if prior notification is given.
- All bedrooms must be vacated by 9am to facilitate cleaning and the house must be completely vacated by 10.30am.
- Marks Hall Farmhouse operates a strictly no smoking and no alcohol policy and there is no confetti allowed inside the house.
