The Ceremony Room, with an exposed timber framework provides an intimate and very special setting for all civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.

All couples have a wedding rehearsal a few days prior to the big day to walk through the ceremony room procedure and to finalise last minute details.

For larger ceremonies, it is possible to accommodate more guests with a combination of seated and standing guests.

Important:
The Essex Registration Service from the Uttlesford District (based in Saffron Walden) will need to be contacted directly by the Bride & Groom to arrange the Registrars to perform the ceremony. The Reid Rooms can provide further details but do not make any bookings on behalf of clients.

Please note: The registrars’ fees are not included and need to be paid direct.
