While some couples wish to organise all aspects of their wedding themselves, busy modern lifes sometimes mean that assistance with planning and arranging such a major and significant event is very welcome. For this reason, The Reid Rooms are pleased to offer the services of our experienced Wedding Coordinator, Mary Briscoe, to organise our Wedding Package for you.

Wedding Package Prices 2010

Prices are variable according to guest numbers and the menus chosen. As an example a 2010 wedding package based on 60 day guests and a further 60 evening guests would cost £4,470.00, plus the venue charge.

(A minimum number of 40 day guests is applicable, less than 40 would incur a supplement).

The Wedding Package includes:

• Silver Service Wedding Breakfat
• Unlimited drinks comprising reception drinks, red & white wine throughout the wedding breakfast, selection of soft drinks throughout the day, jugs of iced water on the tables and a glass of bubbly for the toast.
• All table linen & napkins
• Tea & Coffee (after meal and late evening)
• Evening Finger Buffet
• DJ Entertainment for evening party
• Licensed staffed pay bar until midnight
• The Bridal Suite, providing an excellent room for preparation and overnight stay. (Exclusive use of the on-site Farmhouse accommodation for guests is available at an extra charge)

Please note that for Wedding Packages a non-refundable deposit (see Wedding Hire Prices) is required to secure the venue booking with the outstanding venue balance due for payment 12 weeks before the event. The remainder of the Wedding Package payments are due 2 weeks prior. Separate cheques will be required for the caterer, DJ and the balance of the package. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of charges to facilitate this.

In the event of cancellation, notification must be given in writing by the hirer and confirmed in writing by The Reid Rooms. However, in the event of a late cancellation (ie during the period up to 14 weeks prior to the booking) any outstanding balance of the venue charge will be payable.
